The Italians stole the noodle from China (Stir Fry Sammy)

I’m letting the Chinese have a little revenge…by sandwich.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken meat (thigh and leg)
  • Copious sweet onion
  • Long green pepper
  • Green onion
  • Teryaki marinade
  • Sweet and sour sauce
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Italian bread for revenge

Prep

Oil up yer pan (I chose olive oil), throw some salt in the oil. Have chicken separated from bone into small pieces, throw them in your pan at desired heat (whatever cooks it). A dash of salt, a few shakes pepper while frying. Halfway through fry, add a small amount of your teryaki sauce. Drain pan of excess liquid after fry but do not clean it yet. Set chicken aside and add sliced long green peppers and sweet onion the already heated pan so they can be lightly fried in the sauce/chicken remnants. Take off heat after a couple minutes and mix veggies in with chicken. Press stir fry on top on slice of toasted Italian bread, spread sweet and sour on the other toasted slice. Sprinkle thinly sliced green onion (I slice it at an angle because all the cool kids do it that way). Press sauced slice of italian bread on top of your stir fry so the stir fry sits directly in between the two slices of bread. Voila, sandwich.

Prepare for it to cut the crap out of the roof of your mouth.

Pictures to come soon.
